Teaposy Heart of Love

Each Teaposy blossom is made exclusively from full length leaves of
single-origin Silver Needle White Tea, grown, harvested, and packaged
in the Fujian Province of China. 80% of the tea is harvested during
the spring and 20% during the autumn, the ideal times because of the
nutrition accumulated in the leaves during the winter and summer months.
  This creates the tea’s clean, high quality taste that can’t be found
anywhere else on the market today. Teaposy blossoms not only have
flowers sewn into them, they are infused with the scent of jasmine
as well. However, no artificial flavorings or perfumes are used to
create this soothing aroma. Jasmine flowers are handpicked at their
peak blooming time of 1 pm and placed with the Teaposy buds for hours
so they can naturally absorb the floral scent. When placed in hot water
to brew, the teaposy will fill the air with jasmine as it slowly opens.
  From start to finish, every teaposy is carefully crafted by hand to
create a blooming work of art. First, the tea is handpicked, dried,
and withered for two hours at 212° to remove impurities. Then, the
Silver Needle Tea is sorted leaf by leaf and placed in bundles of
equal length and weight. Once sorted, fresh flowers and the Silver Needle
White Tea are hand-sewn together to create the beautiful shapes revealed
during the brewing process.
